Young mental health ambassadors say the support they need is still missing. In interviews, they asked for more mental health services, especially for children and teens. They said help should be easier to find, and more staff should be trained to respond to emotional problems. They also talked about how stigma can stop people from speaking up. Some young people feel that older generations do not understand their experiences, so their concerns are “buried” instead of discussed. The ambassadors want adults, schools, and health services to take mental health seriously. They believe better support can reduce stress and improve wellbeing, particularly when help is offered early.
