Scientists want to help astronauts stay healthy in space. In space, the body changes. Muscles can get weak and bones can become less strong. So researchers are trying to make gym equipment for future space flights. The machines must work in a small space and be safe. They also need to help astronauts exercise every day. This is like a “space gym” made for long missions. The goal is to protect health during travel far from Earth.
